Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are hand-decanted and packed to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery We currently ship within Singapore only.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Failed Deliveries If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or a failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information.

Lost or Missing Parcels If your tracked parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@thedecantlab.co within 5 days and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Fragile Items All decants are carefully packed to minimise the risk of breakage in transit. However, we are not liable for damage caused by carrier mishandling. If your order arrives damaged, refer to our [Return & Refund Policy].
